was established in 1988, we began manufacturing bespoke kitchens, furniture and stair parts. In 1992, after moving to new premises, we installed two copy lathes and a four sided planer moulder. This enabled us to increase the production of turned components and also to produce architectural mouldings.

Our tool room produces templates for each moulding from which cutters are ground, the templates and cutters are retained for repeat orders. We have the facilities to Mill from as little as 10 meters to 9000+ meters, Send your drawings or samples to us so we can match your existing skirting board, atchtrive & dado rail ect.
CNC ROUTING
With the installation of a CNC Router in 2004 and latest version of
AlphaCAM
V7 Advanced router software, turnaround & accuracy have increased. We can CNC a variety of materials including Solid timbers, MDF, laminated and
Veneered
board. Using simulation software we can quote items to the nearest second, all we need is your drawing and we can input this information to produce items like mdf doors, Radiator covers, Wooden Toys & Primary Playground equipment.
Turnings
With selection of
traditional hand turning, copy & rotary knife lathes we are able to manufacture single items, as well as larger production quantities. We have our own range of turnings but we can produce what you require from a drawing or an original sample. Every attention is paid to detail and products are hand finished to retain maximum detail. We can produce products in most available timbers on the market. Items available like Stair Parts , Tool Handles, Wooden Toy Components & Kitchen Base Unit Turnings ect.
Our well equipped factory can handle sawing, planing, moulding & sanding. We are confident of achieving the shaping, turning, drilling or routed products that you require.
